IN FREILASSING

We develop, produce and sell 3D printers and ceramic furnaces for firing, pressing and sintering dental ceramics. DEKEMA manufactures its products exclusively in Germany. All required parts are either manufactured by DEKEMA itself or are sourced primarily from specialized craft and industrial companies in the region. Our customers include the largest companies in the dental industry as well as leading dental laboratories all over the world.

Do you have a strong technical understanding and work in a structured and reliable manner? In this role, you will handle complaints, coordinate incoming goods, manage supplied materials and planning runs, and maintain master data in the ERP system.

Your area of responsibility

  • Handling complaints, incl. quality checks & supplier communication

  • Booking of incoming goods & processing of supplied materials

  • Running material planning (MRP) processes

  • Maintaining master data in the ERP system

Prerequisites

  • Technical understanding or technical training

  • Experience with complaints and ERP systems (e.g. EPS)

  • Independent and structured way of working

  • Willingness to learn and flexibility
