The AUSTROMAT M has over 100 program memories. They do not come with factory presettings and can hence be individually organized and given specific names. You can also scroll through the memories. Existing programs can be copied, which makes the job of entering new programs much easier. The new programs are automatically saved mains-independent and can be retrieved at any time.
Monitored program steps with maximum precision: Precise, automated monitoring of all relevant parameters ensures that programs progress exactly as they should. For example, automatic vacuum monitoring prevents misfiring. The selected firing program can be started in any list position and precisely tracked on the display. The progressive time intervals are helpful which also indicate the status of the firing at each moment. Programs can be terminated at any time.
Tailored to use: After a program memory is selected, the firing chamber temperature is automatically set to the starting temperature, so that the AUSTROMAT M is always ready for use. In addition, you can quickly cool the firing chamber using the vacuum pump. The default temperature calibration can be easily adapted to individual requirements. The fluorescence display can be viewed from every angle. Informative texts on the individual program steps appear in one of five selectable languages.
Robust construction: First-class results are achieved by an overall design thought through to the smallest detail. Solid mechanics and robust electronics components make the AUSTROMAT M a reliable device that will last for years. The tried-and-true firing chamber construction ensures high temperature precision with extremely consistent firing results. Additional exemplary features are the service-free vacuum pump and keypad with perceptible pressure points that is protected by a film from dust and moisture. The lift moves smoothly without vibration.
