High temperature calibration case: The external thermocouple, made out of platinum/platinum-rhodium, runs through this insulated firing platform and allows external temperature measurements through the two equalizing conductors. The provided measuring instrument is officially calibrated in accordance to regulations. Calibration routines are already integrated in the setup menu. The chamber temperature in the AUSTROMAT µSiC high-temperature furnace can thereby be easily and quickly checked.
Sintering tool: The DEKEMA sintering tools, basically made out of Al2O3 ensures a clean atmosphere in the furnace, especially at high temperatures. The design of these bases and rings is optimized for lasting durability and stability even at high temperatures. The overall stackable height is 15 cm and can be divided into several levels. For safety reasons, we recommend lifting only one level at a time.
Gripper tools: The side openings in the rings allow you to grip below the base with optional tool and easily load and unload the high temperature furnace.
Silver wire calibration set: An aggregate state change such as melting a precious metal is the most precise method of measuring temperature according to science. The smaller the medium, the more precisely the temperature can be determined. In the traditional calibration method, a very thin wire of pure silver (0.3 mm diameter) is heated at 75°C/min. to 961°C analogous to a firing process. The subsequent holding period of one minute is a particular challenge since the temperature must be kept constant at the melting temperature. The evaluation of the melting results, a small drop of silver at the top end of the wire allows the dental technician to visually monitor the temperature control. DEKEMA recommends calibrating ceramic furnaces once a year.
Vacuum-pump: DEKEMA offers NEUBERGER pumps for the vacuum ceramic furnaces. The internationally recognized pump manufacturer has adapted its pumps to the requirements of dental technology exclusively for DEKEMA. Special coatings on the pump heads reduce deposits and wear. The service-free pump achieves reliable vacuums up to 10 mBar.
Special coating: The aluminum housing of our ceramic ovens comes standard with natural-color anodization. Special coatings with metallic or pearl effect paints, powder coatings as well as colored anodization are obtainable upon request.
Flight case: The AUSTROMAT furnaces can handle being frequently transported in the elegant DEKEMA flight cases which offer optimum protection. The so-called flight cases are equipped with stable castors and handles. The interior of hard foam that is precisely cut with lasers offers space for the pump and accessories.
